Privacy notice

This notice describes the processing of personal data on tiidoubleu.com. The controller is ProDigiCon GmbH as the owner of the TiiDoubleU brand.

One brand, one controller

TiiDoubleU is not a separate legal entity. ProDigiCon GmbH is the controller for this website, the project enquiry form and communications under the TiiDoubleU brand.

The website runs on a dedicated server hosted by Hetzner in Germany. When a page is requested, the web server processes access data required for delivery, including the IP address, time, requested address, HTTP status, amount of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating-system information contained in the user agent. This processing supports secure delivery, error analysis and protection against misuse.

nginx logs are rotated daily and retained for 14 rotations. Access data is therefore normally overwritten or deleted after no more than approximately 15 days. It may be retained for longer only where necessary to investigate a specific security incident or pursue a legal claim.

When you contact us by email, we process the sender address, content, time and any other information supplied voluntarily in order to handle the enquiry. Email for the tiidoubleu.com domain is handled by the Postfix/Dovecot mail server operated by ProDigiCon on the same Hetzner infrastructure.

Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer required for handling the matter. Statutory retention duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer storage.

The project enquiry form sends the project type, name, email address, organisation, description, timeline and budget information over an encrypted connection to the server-side /api/contact endpoint. The endpoint validates the information and submits it to Postfix through the local sendmail interface. The website uses no external email-delivery service for this process and creates no additional database copy of the enquiry.

To prevent misuse, the endpoint uses a honeypot, a minimum completion time, a submission ID and a limit per IP-derived key. This key is hashed with a random process value, held only in memory and no longer used for limiting after ten minutes. Independently of this measure, the normal page request appears in the server logs described in section 2.

The enquiry delivered to the recipient mailbox is stored and deleted under the same principles as a direct email.

Geist Sans, Geist Mono, logos, product images and licensed photographic media are delivered by this website itself. Loading them does not establish a connection to Google Fonts, iStock or another external media provider.

The publicly available website sets no cookies and uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage for analytics, marketing or form content. No cookie banner is therefore required at present. Entries in the multi-step form are held only in browser memory while the page remains open.

7. Analytics, marketing and external content

No web analytics, marketing trackers, social-media pixels, externally loaded scripts or embedded third-party content are integrated. External websites, in particular the company website prodigicon.de, are contacted only after a visitor follows the relevant link; the privacy notice of that service then applies.

Hetzner may process access data as a processor in connection with hosting. Project enquiries and emails are made available within ProDigiCon GmbH only to people who require them for handling the matter. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

No intentional transfer to a country outside the European Union or European Economic Area is envisaged for the website, hosting and form processes described here.

The website is provided exclusively over HTTPS. Technical and organisational measures are reviewed and adjusted according to risk. Completely risk-free data transmission cannot nevertheless be guaranteed.
